read the previous ANN, the PT will close before end of January next year and Offtake agreement remain on foot and progressing, so i recon offtake party might wait for the close of PT to confirm Peak secure enough funds for next step, then, offtake could be signed.
so whoever sell at this level might be regret for your decision.
