    This is where JV needs to lead.

    Nearly all of those projects needs to be dished off and let lapse.

    Repivot the company and source another set of projects with real intrinsic quality to deliver value. Yes it is hard work, but through hard work value will be delivered.

    If Rincon does produce LCE, they will come that is a certainty.
