I feel quite terrible to see this happen really, but I know it will from the start. When you see a cluster of rampers on one stock it generally go up very quickly to an unsustainable level and crash badly.
tbh I don't think today's announcement is something AGY holders need to worry about. Producing BG (on a small scale) is not as difficult as many thinks, give it time they will get it right. Cost is an issue though if they were to ramp up to commercial scale.
Your number one killer is still unidentified by many here and that is your imminent JORC. If you compare your landholdings and the poor drilling results to companies that already has a JORC it's not hard to estimate a JORC of maximum of 300k LCE which will translate into a mine life of less 5 years at 15k tpa production. IMO for a JORC of sub 300k tonne (which is extremely likely) this is for sure a negative NPV project.
