This announcement really hasn't changed anything. We are still waiting for the process to be fully operational before we know whether BG can be produced. This is just a delay.
I am surprised that the gas issue wasn't released to the market sooner however. If it was out of their control, then an update over the past few weeks to advise a small delay due to this wouldn't have hit the SP so hard.
No doubt the SP will bounce back soon enough (once we're rid of the weak hands).
