Yes MM your right but you know the funny thing is they basically have made BG and proved that their plant works at scale, it's what they announced. Just need the gas on to properly process the brine and that is out of their hands.
The local gas company has a responsibility to ensure they have enough gas for their people and I guess a foreign company may be down their list of priorities.
