The PEA looks decent.

Not the biggest ponds, we all know that but the process behind is stable and will only get better. Also shifting directly to stage 3 is more then possible for a brine producer who knows what they have and what they do.

There is only one part that bothers me and i guess others as well:

"First LCE product from commercial operations – Q1 2021"

How can it take 1 1/2 year from the start of constructions to set up the plant? We are not talking about a hard rock player where this time seems somehow reasonable to built up there crushing circus. For example it took PLS around 1 year+ to set up everything. Im not an expert but this seems quite a long time when you already have some ponds ready. So anyone who could explain that to me maybe? Does that date maybe mean full commercial production of Stage 3?
