Today is a good day. Happy to eat my words when I said I didn't expect a deal prior to stage 1 completion. The thing about being a little pessimistic is that when things happen earlier than you expect, you're left feeling pretty darn good about your investment choices. I'm stoked. Terms of this raise seem good to me, decent sum as prepayment for off takes and shares at a premium to current price.
