yes you are right about LTR is still a spec explorer stock, that means a lot of dilutions and price fluctuations. AGY has ability to produce 500tpa and soon 2000tpa then 1000tpa, and the s/p will only go up from here, slowly and stready, therefore if one need to choose a LT hold stock and a ST trade stock, AGY is good for LTH and LTR is good for STT.
