I'm guessing here, but it looks like Mitsubishi RtM may fund the 2,000tpa plant themselves. They wouldn't sign an offtake for an unfunded company.
So, IMO, DYOR etc, but I expect Local Government Approvals due for 2,000tpa plant (when? don't know), once approvals received Mitsubishi may sign a funding agreement (a guess, but they seem interested).
Mitsubishi RtM seem keen...
