Regulatory approval process for the 2,000tpa plant has not been completed by the provincial gov yet.
Mitsi would not want to publicly commit funding to a project without gov approval.
Once gov approval, things may change. Also, Mitsi wouldn't be alone...any other potential financier would be hesitant to commit pre-approval.
Think this ann is more a "we're not sitting on our hands waiting for the province gov, we're moving forward and confident of the outcome" type of message.
Hopefully some more good news is very close. In the meantime might see a small spike in sp but nothing major, and will retrace if no quick follow up ann.
Still...great progress...just need to sit tight. Getting there!
