The company said 15-18 months to construct and commission as per their quarterly report. Usually these things always takes longer than planned but lets take it at face value.
Say add 3 months more just contingency , that takes you to 21 months.
If permits and funding takes another 3 months from now that takes you out to 24 months to get plant to commissioned stage.
Another month or so of fluffing around as they do - so say you start production in 26 months time and it takes you 12 months to produce the 2000tons. Revenue won't start rolling in for about another 30 months.
So Capex + opex needed could be upwards of $40mil
