The use of the term "shortly" within that statement implies a high degree of certainty and alludes to there being a funding deal on the table which may be a formality (i.e. going through due diligence by both parties). Very positive indicator for shareholders and the market. Looking forward to returning to the 20's within the next few weeks/months. DYOR
