Dont take this the wrong way but not long ago you where telling people to sell at prices lower than today.
My point is, I think a lot of people are still not getting the path to production here. They see smaller grades than other salars, smaller tenements than other producers, 500tpa etc etc but are not seeing the progression over time and foreseeing what will happen.
Hence why the MC is (imo) low. Good opportunity for folks to get in here now before the market realises the potential.
