I believe Agy have been trying to get to this agreement for some time as per announcements. That's why share price has increased.
Agl have done due diligence already before getting to this stage. Just do a bit more due diligence after this announcement. AGY know this is a winner or else they would not go through this effort.
Great location and the numbers will stack up and will make shareholders richer. DYOR
Agy should have a backer set up already before making the 4.5 million acquisition price. Pre diligence has been done.
Honestly, not knowing this announcement I felt that speaking to management and public announcements that Agy do have the skill sets to complete this and make shareholders and any cornerstone investors much richer.
