One point I want to mention is that though these are MOUs. Phase 2 can only cover max 3 major backers unless AGY wants to expand phase 2 production. Phase 2 from my calcs will be at least 8 of these ponds.
Based on speed of MOUs. There seems to be tension amongst the Chinese backers to secure options over phase 2 and first preference for phase 3. So there is not much time left to secure the next MOU so they should be scrambling.
When a binding agreement comes for phase 2, you will also witness the scramble for binding agreements across our backers.
Otherwise they will miss out...
