The way I read it, they pay $10k on signing and a further $50k after DD which will be completed in the next couple of weeks. Then they must pay the renewal of the leases for another year.
It comes to about $135k total USD for 12 months without factoring in any exploration/admin costs.
Big future potential, I just trust (hope) they will manage expenses until Rincon is producing some cash flow.
