Govt and economic turmoil are part of normal life in Argentina, DD has been going on for months related to this new project, the possibility of a change of Govt was only apparent a few days ago so no connection between those two events....spreading risk is simply a good option but new projects do come with new risks, such is life , but on paper this looks a reasonable risk / reward move IMO. Its unlikely to have much effect on the shareprice as it's a long way from producing any income and will require expenditure, it comes under " future potential"...
