Thats the thing with Brine resources ... If both ALB and AGY stick a pump in the ground and start pumping brine, they're taking it all from the same reserve.
Meaning, no need to take more land and claims, because they don't need it.
Same thing with AGY and Rincon, they don't need more land, they have enough to take all the resource from across the whole salar.
Of course not a perfect consideration, give and take some stratification and compartmentalisation across the salar.
This isn't a hard-rock resource. They don't need to keep taking land in order to expand the resource and continue production.
