Before you sell today (or try the old OUT on the high, buy back IN on the retrace), remember the next announcement is the PEA. AGY has all the data it needs now to plug into PEA. I am thinking that PEA will come before OT because... 1. AGY may not have quite finalised the deal 2. Will want fund managers to buy in before dropping OT.
The PEA may drop this week (even on Thursday - the day JZ speaks at conference).
