Just not going to be enough neodymium by 2030, when you willneed 138 thousand tons if you want to build 50 million EV cars. Lynas says EV’s alone will require equivalent to 88-155ktns additional supply of NdProver next 10 years. Supply in 2020 is 40kt / year. I see another 15 by2023. So if you are going to get to 50million electric cars by 2030 (or 2040), you need an additional 112 kt. 15 ain’t going to cut it. So glad the neodymiumcost is an afterthought in the price of an electric car. Makes for a very inelastic price curve!
