Seems we are selling Mt Porter to repay all outstanding debts, and use balance to fund Old Pirate ? What will be total initial costs for Old Pirate (purchase, and initial start-up prior to production cash flows) ?
I do like this last bit though. Good reminder that if this thing ever gets up, it will explode. Should I say "WHEN" this thing gets up !
