I was already aware that Roger is working for more than AHK. I always do my due diligence on all management team.

In my opinion, it is just as well he has another income source, and is not depending upon AHK for higher wages. I suspect since we are not yet mining, he would be twiddling his thumbs half the time anyway...
Happy for Roger to be in both camps, though I would want to see him focussed when the time comes to get mining...
