So for $100 million, SPV gets fifty percent ownership (potentially) of project with post-tax NPV $4,980M, Average Annual EBITA of $800M, CAPEX of $3,117m but project pay back within 3.1 years, plus agreement to purchase 75% of product at an agreed price (unknown conditions at this stage). Sure, FID still needs to be determined, hopefully early next year. . . maybe I'm just a dumb retail holder . . . seems like SPV have a great deal . . . I'll keep watching and holding . . .
