I see this joint venture as
share farming
arl will provide the land
JC will provide the machinery
the wheat to grow the crop
the super to give it energy out of the ground
the care during the growing of the crop
the harvest of the crop
the sending to the sale yard
the money will be shared 50/50 by both groups
even better for both groups
no droughts
in mining
do it again next year
every year
for 40 years
