Trading perhaps, but he's not held and has not been commenting here for a while. Either way he's free to his opinion, I don't see any of the regulars upset in fact they've explained how this is an amazing deal.
Bringing on partners like this is far better than trying to do an impossible task alone. The capex was a legit bearish point earlier, now it's dramatically less so. The question has shifted from "will we get finance" to "what terms will we get finance on". It is a de-risking event.
