Gee Bomber I’ve seen you post some quality stuff around the HC threads you know the market often dips around announcements.
We have 200 million shares on offer we would need to issue another 200 million to raise the cash for DFS so yes it’s a good deal for the Japanese but we would have diluted the whole company to keep things moving.
In this deal we keep Kalpini and others which is looking like another project in its own right and we have kept a decent chunk of KNP of the table.
Comparative to our market cap 50% is still impressive it’s a massive project.
