My observation…

On ARL thread, LT shs shake their collective heads at Indonesia’s myopia in squandering its Ni resources for short term financial gain. We wonder if the govt couldn’t see how they have been played by China.

On LTR thread, LT shs lament at Aus spod producers signing longterm BOAs with China when these hard rock Li producers well know the Li price has been manipulated by China to low and unsustainable market prices.

Consequently, despite LTR having successfully achieved all the milestones from state of the art mine development to now spod production, it’s sp has dropped 50% from its cr sp about a year ago.

As ARL is the Ni-equivalent of LTR, and seeing the continuing market forces at play, I’m psychologically prepared for the same games to be pushed on ARL sp in 2027-2028, unless the global Ni demand-supply dynamics make a 180-degree reversal from current status.

Time will tell.

But where there is conviction in Ni’s future, and courage to withstand against manipulation and lies, there’s opportunity for good cap gain in the longer term.
