    Thanks, I find it quite confusing tbh.

    If that’s the case wouldn’t JC get 50% of the profits derived from ARL’s 25% offtake sales?

    I would have thought 50:50 should have got them 50% offtake rights, not 75%.

    Now ARL have to fund 50% of the production costs to only sell 25% of the product output?

    Maybe this deal is way over my head lol
