No need to be sorry. I am Aussie and I understand the deal but whether or not it is a good deal, or the best deal, I am confused. Would have been good to see ARL retain a majority stake in the company but in the current economic climate I guess anything is better than nothing. Still a lot of unknowns around financing except it will be a collaboration of the partnership. This now has the hallmarks of a TO down the track IMO. Watching, waiting for market to digest.
