Just considering the capex raising… Noting that the consortium can earn another 15% of ownership by assisting the company to secure their 1.5Bn… pardon me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure that both Sumitomo and Mitsubishi are both corporations each with banks in their umbrellas so if the 15% by the JV partners is confirmed as desired post DFS completion I expect that debt could be proposed by either/both of the banks in the respective umbrellas, so long as terms remain favorable. Or am I missing something?
