No, the Consortuim have committed to $98 million DFS funding. There is an initial payment to get things moving, the DFS will be paid on progress as it proceeds by the consortium. (Not all $98m upfront)
If the DFS runs over that cost, Ardea will be responsible for their 50% contribution.
