It is my belief that negotiations with Ardea and the Consortium agreed on 75% guaranteed offtake.
I think this is fair to be honest, the consortium are wanting nickel offtake and they are buying that nickel at some agreed pricing structure.
Ardea are retaining the right to sell the 25% of their entitlement to anyone they deem fit, that MAY be the consortium but there is choice.
The right to 25% offtake being retained by Ardea is smart.
This is what I call a win win where the consortium gets 75% guaranteed offtake. (Ultimately that is what they want )
Ardea gets the project developed and offtake
