Correct Wilma. Positive but would be good to get a bit more detail from AS himself. Are their still unresolved questions awaiting Ministerial response or is it all now contingent on compliance to regulatory framework being confirmed. Are Nedbank and EFIC contingent on KfW progressing and would KfW progress without the GGG. Is the Construction framework a requirement for bank approvals?
