Take note of the monthly chart bollinger bands, MACD and the stochastics and what may happen if history repeats on a two year cycle. How high the spot price may go with positive news on the Tanz government / German funding situation is anyone's guess. My guess is we will have a nice spot price by the middle of this year or even earlier. Good luck holders.
