It is clear to me that MNS are KNL are no longer rivals.
MNS are moving into a building a gigafactory, they have mentioned in there announcement that they are seeking third party supply of graphite. The closest company I can think of that is doing something similar is UTR, they have a new battery technology that is currently being commercially tested in Europe - MC $27 mil.
KNL have a eco friendly technology that can be used in any spherical graphite plant and building a world class graphite project, KNL has negotiated off-take and sales agreements with blue-chip customers for most of its production
Who knows MNS may end up using KNL's eco friendly technology in there batteries.
