    This is a good outcome. Having a major parcel with a distressed holder was a concern with potential takeover bidders lurking.
    I got my cheque from AEP and used the proceeds to buy more AJQ below the current price, so it has been a win for me so far and the company is no worse off except for some wasted months and legal fees.

    I believe this will unlock other opportunities that have been sidelined by the uncertainty.
