My thoughts are that, since DGR has signalled that it will not accept the proportional bid to sell 13.62% of its shares in Armour "given its confidence in the long term value opportunities in Armour", Westside would have a hard time having a bid of $0.25 for 100% recommended, voted for, and accepted. Though realistically, there is a good chance they won't quit yet.
