This Board needs to go!
A1Ns market cap is being destroyed by bad decisions and poor management. The GB acquisition should have raised the MC of this company significantly, because those assets were and will likely remain, cash cows for ARN. Instead, we now have a MC around $300m, which is roughly where it was before the GB acquisition.
