Wouldn't management likely blame shareholders for not understanding the business and hence fall in share price?
The price paid was not dissimilar to that 10-years prior for Nova. That was a unique opportunity rarely likely to ever repeat.
SXL is much larger than Nova, and was purchased in much better health.
It's hard for me not to see this as a no-brainer, and not to side with management that shareholders just don't understand the business!
