This is interesting point Kyle and Jackie O, if ARN lose them the share price goes down but they may benefit from SXL as the only other viable alternative for the duo, their share price may go up. Albeit ARN has spent too high a share price to derive a benefit and the duo may not have left much friends in management at SXL. But money talks.
