    GRV has to seek approval both the Georgina divestment to ARO and to complete the Within Energy acquisition at a future General Meeting. Nothing announced to date can occur without SH approval. As some have indicated the SP is underwhelmed by what has been announced to date including the RRS presentations only this week. It may all be approved and if so a CR will almost certainly be the next step after approval. Let's see what the Board responds with rather than rely on the HC "experts". DYOR.
