As a matter of interest, I think you will find the top 20 control around 50%. It’s what you call, “ tightly held”. I seriously doubt…read “zero chance”, any Board recommendation will get voted down. They created a multi billion dollar company previously and I actually think they may well do it again.
Of course, nothing in this life is certain, but, this wee venture is looking highly prospective.
