I bought GRV because of ET and come August 31 GRV are poised to lose 80% of ET, with ARO have options to acquire both the remaining 20% plus the royalty [@ market price] potentially all GRV are left with are lots of ARO shares.
Meanwhile the 2 directors GRV are entitled to appoint - end up with a significant exposure in ET [sure they also organize $1m new $$ into ARO] but the bonuses that the 2 directors can become entitled to - remain with the directors and not on behalf of who they are appointed to represent.

In the event of a discovery per present ET drilling and/or likes of NCM/MDI/ICG have a discovery, then ARO shareholders are likely to benefit very handsomely, including the 2 newly appointed directors.

I would not be surprised if GRV progressively sell down ARO - to fund Alpha -assuming there is a significant discovery in ET by GRV/ARO
