Hi there Fangk,
Correct, selling and admin expenses have increased by $4.30m to $12.40m for the half year.
This is no surprise, and has been previously flagged by management, as the increase is attributable to ARX building up their US sales force.
I am expecting the full year sales and admin cost to be around $25m, so a half year figure of $12.40m is on target.
This is basically an investment that will provide high rate of return in future years.
The company will likely be EBITDA positive in 2024.
