The SS was interesting. Had a $16/tonne of ore cuttoff because that’s what the cost is. The $ value of minerals in each tonne of ore is $54. Capital cost $350m. IRR 70%. NPV $1.6 billion. I suspect it’s more valuable now.

From what I can see, the NdPr % is 10% versus 23% at Halleck Creek. They’ve got a decent amount of lithium though.

As a comparison, Halleck Creek contains around $70 worth of NdPr per tonne of ore. Plus the value of other minerals.

So you can see that if ARR’s cost come in close to those in the Round Top SS, the IRR and NPV will be very high. Higher than 70% and $1.6b?

@rolling. If you like you can also check on NioCorp. I have them for some time for niobium and scandium but they are very much in rare earths too.
