Forget about the high ground, these guys continue to gouge! Did anyone else notice the $447K loan to directors last quarter ($546K for the 6 months to date). This is just further proof of my point from my last post. At some point the institutional investors will be forced to buy the stock (probably as it approaches $100K ARR) following which K and P will likely be removed as directors. Here’s hoping anyway!!
