JpjpJPjpJP, what's your view on repayment of the 9.8 million in legal expenses incurred prior to company formation and paid by Live Tiles? Forget it, or have an expectation of future repayment.
As you noted in your post Karl holds 90mns shs and Peter holds 78mn shs.So a 1 cent price rise increases the value of their holdings by $900k and $780k respectively. 10c is $9m and $7.8m MTM - holdings which they could easily borrow against from any major private banking service. That's a lot more than my bank balance. Why would we /should we suck this up?
