Im the opposite focus on the divies. Even at this price the current 6c p/a divy is great.

get it up higher and the divies will pay off my shares quick smart.

The debt is the only thing that has saved ARI from a takeover.

With no debt the consortium could have offered a lot more and everyone would have stopped and taken notice

If ARI debt was only, 1B instead of 2.2 they could have doubled the offer.

People would have been clambering over themselves for that to have been accepted.

Same company, same future prospects. If ARI had less debt we would have been handing our shares and future divies to the bandits

I think these are some of the cheapest divies you will buy.

going to wait and see how low they go first before I grab some more. I hate averaging up.
