'..can Freelancer win over any more companies currently in the sales pipeline..'

This announcement reminded me of the following (2018) article:

'Freelance platforms reduce the time to obtain expertise, at lower cost by purchasing only the amount of time and help required, and provide companies with the ability to draw from a large, often global, talent pool.'

Should the FLN-ARW platform be successful, then the likelihood that it will be rolled out to other companies increases. Akin to 'white label' platforms that are badged with the client's logo e.g. ArrowPlus powered by Freelancer.

FLN has 32.5M users. IMO it makes sense to tap into a large global talent pool rather than smaller pools at many internal freelance platforms.

As for the unexplained > 1M FLN trades, from the same article:

'Some [marketplaces] will drop out for lack of sufficient traffic and revenue. Consolidation will lead others to merge. Still others will be acquired as “tuck-ins” extending the service offering of traditional staffing companies or consultancies.'

Wishful thinking perhaps...
