I was a bit like that with a stock I was recomended by a mate back in 2018 when I bought my first shares. It was a gold hopeful OGX bought some @.01c they went up to .14c I was sitting on 180k profit ( In 2 months) ( I asked him should I sell? He reckoned they would be .50c by XMAS( 2 months away) they started going down and down ( I smelt a Rat) I bailed @.02c. He was infatuated.... was going on trips to Europe etc..had made good $$$ on the ASX previously. He was 64 at the time....lost "the shirt off his back" and so did many other's who had invested their SMSF's.
